8. Content insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the lawful rights of others.
9. False, harmful, coercive, privacy-infringing, harassing, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
10. Any other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, or other legally binding norms.

2. You may not use the network service system for any unlawful purpose.

3. You may not use our Services to engage in the following activities:

1. Accessing computer information networks or using network resources without authorization.
2. Deleting, modifying, or adding functions to computer information networks without authorization.
3. Deleting, modifying, or adding stored, processed, or transmitted data and applications without authorization.
4. Intentionally creating or distributing destructive programs such as computer viruses.
5. Any other conduct that endangers the security of computer information networks.

4. Intellectual Property Statement

You understand and agree that any content you publish or upload while using the relevant Services, including but not limited to text, images, video, audio, and other forms of content, remains owned by you or the original rights holder, and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Content Authorization

You understand and agree that when you publish or upload content while using the relevant Services, including but not limited to text, images, video, audio, and other forms of content, you authorize us to provide services such as display, download, liking, bookmarking, and search in connection with that content. You retain the right to manage and protect the intellectual property of your published content. If you discover unauthorized reposting or editing of your work, you may report it through official channels to prevent further harm.

6. Disclaimer

You fully understand that, as a network storage space service provider, we are not obligated to conduct copyright review of user-uploaded content. If a third party makes a rights claim, we may review that claim, and you may be required to provide evidence of authorship or authorization. If you cannot provide the relevant proof, we may remove the related content in accordance with these rules. Any legal liability arising from third-party claims related to content you publish due to your breach of this agreement will be borne entirely by you.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or use any part of the Services for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted.

You are legally responsible for your conduct while using our Services. This may include compensating affected parties and reimbursing us for any equivalent losses we incur after bearing administrative penalties or civil liability caused by your actions.
